First, the
bearing surface and journal contact should be uniform; contact arc
should not be less than 60 °; contact surface and non-contact surface
should not have obvious boundaries. Axial contact length should not be less than 80% of the length of the bearing;
Second,
the bearing thrust tile and the spindle thrust plate contact should be
uniform, the contact surface area should not be less than 70% of the
thrust area;
Third, the bearing and the journal between the radial total clearance should be the diameter of the journal 2/1000 ~ 3/1000;
Fourth, the balance between the bearing pad and the cover should be 0.03 ~ 0.06mm.
