Porous materials as substrates, impregnated solid lubricant, constitute a solid lubrication impregnated composite bearing and stored in the bearing shell of solid lubricant with bearing wear continuous supply to the friction surface of solid lubricant.Typical composite bearing based on carbon graphite substrate materials, impregnation of soft metal, ptfe or inorganic matter.
Impregnation method are:
1. Make dipping molten state for vacuum impregnation.
2. With sclerosing liquid carrier, impregnated objects placed on them by dipping.
3. Use volatile liquid as the carrier, impregnated impregnated material dispersed among them, and then make the liquid to evaporate.
4. Make impregnated impregnated after vaporization.Impregnated lubrication effect not only, still can increase the strength of the base material.
